About Us image Our approach to meeting the telecommunications needs of your business is simple. We work with you to understand your business's needs for local phone service, long distance, Internet access and data communications and networking. Then we use our extensive experience to analyze what services you are currently using and either tell you that what you have is the best fit for your organization or make recommendations to restructure your services to either achieve financial advantages or efficiency in the network.

If there is a better way to get high speed Internet access or faster data connectivity - or reduce long distance cost - our role is to consult and recommend.

If new services are ordered, we place the orders, coordinate installation, and follow the process through including first bill verification and explanation.

The OBJ Group does not represent any hardware or software companies. Instead, we act as an independent voice for our clients. Our goal is to coordinate with hardware and software companies on behalf of our clients to assure a smooth and successful implementation of services.

Our Mission

At OBJ Group LTD. we provide our clients with the expertise to optimize their telecommunications connections, both voice and data. By optimizing their voice and data connections we provide their business or organization with maximum functionality (as defined by the client) in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.

The OBJ Group Ltd. will provide the best customer service possible to its clients. This will be done through professional sales relationships, using direct face to face sales, with an emphasis on establishing long term relationships. Our sales process will be customer focused with the goal to always do "the right thing for the customer", including recommending service and products that are not provisioned by our partners - when they best serve the needs of the client. Since we concentrate on long term relationships we will strive to communicate with our clients and potential clients on an ongoing basis both in person and through electronic means.

Our administrative support will provide superior customer service by timely and appropriate communications with our clients, our client's hardware/software vendors, and with our suppliers. We will establish communications that will keep all of the parties involved with any services we sell, constantly updated with regard to order status and implementation. Once implementation is complete we will support our clients through complete auditing and "English"explanation of the first bill they receive. We will then provide support on an ongoing basis for any needs or move/change of service the customer requires.

The OBJ Group Ltd. will maintain relationships with Qwest and ACC Business/AT&T and other providers that offer the quality of product that will meet the needs of our clients. We will work with our vendor partners to take advantage of educational opportunities and commit to knowing their product offerings to the greatest extent possible. We will treat these relationships as partnerships.

At the end of the day, we want to know that we have done the best job possible for our clients - by providing the best networking solutions available based on their needs - at the best value possible - with the best service and support.
